Cancellation Policy

📌 PREMIUM SESSION BOOKING POLICY Premium 1-to-1 Ecommerce Setup Session (₹999) 1️⃣ Session Confirmation Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Once payment is completed, the selected date & time slot will be reserved exclusively for you. 2️⃣ Session Mode This is a 1-to-1 online session. The session will be conducted via Google Meet / Phone Call. Session link or call details will be shared before the session. 3️⃣ Session Duration Session duration: 60 minutes. Please join on time. Late joining may reduce session time. 4️⃣ Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule once if informed at least 12 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests within 12 hours are not guaranteed. Multiple rescheduling requests may not be accepted. 5️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy This session is non-refundable once booked. Cancellation after booking will not be eligible for refund. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule once as per policy. 6️⃣ No-Show Policy If you do not attend the session and do not inform in advance, it will be treated as a no-show. No-show sessions are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. 7️⃣ Scope of Session This session focuses on guidance, setup support, and strategy. Results may vary based on effort, execution, and market conditions. This is not a guarantee of sales or income. 8️⃣ Support After Session Limited post-session WhatsApp support may be provided (as mentioned during booking). Ongoing management or ad running is not included unless separately agreed. 9️⃣ Acceptance of Policy By booking this session, you agree to all the above terms & conditions.
