We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, returns are accepted only for genuine product issues such as manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or incorrect items delivered.

✅ Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or wrong item received.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Order ID / Invoice is mandatory.

  • Clear images or videos showing the issue must be shared during the return request.

⚠️ Returns are NOT accepted for personal preference reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Color not liked 

  • Size or fit issues

  • Change of mind after purchase

🔄 Replacement & Refund Options

  • Replacement: A new product will be sent after verification.

  • Refund: If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to the original payment method or an agreed method within 7–10 business days after approval.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

  • The item is returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • The product is personalized or purchased during clearance/sale, if mentioned.
